Sorority Series: Date Party

Sorority Series: Date Party
Hey Socialites!

How’s new member life treating you? It’s ok, you don’t have to answer. We already know it’s going great.

The social season is starting up. Date parties are on the horizon. And you know what the means...more outfits! We know, we know; a little overwhelming, but mostly fun. To cut through the fashion anxiety we’ve put together the easiest, quickest guide to keep you looking cute and stress-free:

First up, the Black Collard Dress  (Ed note: my personal favorite).

This super cute dress is the perfect spin on the LBD. With a classic collard look and double-breasted buttons, you’ll be sure to make a statement. The lower cut collar adds the perfect amount of a little something extra and let’s face it, what doesn’t go with black? You’ll have the perfect canvas to accessorize and make this look your own.

Next up, a more casual look with the Palmer Top and Truth Hurts Parker Vintage Jean.

Nothing beats a classic tank and jean look. The Palmer Top adds a little twist with the waist cut-outs and the perfectly placed pre-ripped knees of the jeans are just the right amount of cool. You’ll have that “knows what she’s doing, put together but doesn’t try too hard” look down pat with these pieces.

Last—but never least—the Floral Dress

The most classic Date Party dress of the bunch. Belted at the waist for some definition but modest, elbow-length sleeves for a little coverage. The shorter length keeps you feeling like you’re dressed for church. The colorful yet edgy pattern adds a little flare and the busyness hides any imperfections you’d rather distract from.

You’ve got the charm, you’ve got the sparkle, and now you’ve got the outfits. You got this, Socialites. Those boys won’t know what hit them.
